Pat Kaminsky

Pat Kaminsky retired from her nursing career in 2016 after providing services in various professional capacities that include four hospitals, visiting nurse services, Director of Health Services for Arizona Baptist Children’s Services, Director of Nursing and Health Service for American Red Cross (Phoenix Chapter, Arizona Division), County Health Nurse for Yavapai County, and 19 years as a school nurse at Camp Verde Unified School District. She currently serves as a substitute school nurse, is a vision and hearing screener for public and charter schools and is a certified trainer in those areas.
Pat is the mother of two children and the grandmother of three. She is an artist whose work includes a variety of mediums — acrylics, colored pencils, graphite art, watercolor and scratch art. She is an active member of two Decorative Artist chapters, currently serving as president of one chapter. When not painting, she volunteers with the local Salvation Army Service Extension Unit, serves as the Coordinator for the Camp Verde Extension Service of the Salvation Army, is a member and secretary of the local Saint Vincent de Paul Society Conference, a member of the Kiwanis Club where she coordinates community projects for area children. She also serves her church community as Lector and Eucharistic Minister, choir member and jail minister. Pat enjoys gardening and travel, especially by train. She and her husband, Dave, of fifty-three years, have completed seven cruises with more domestic and international travel in their plans.
