Helen Freeman is a 45-year resident of Camp Verde. She and her husband Gregg are parents to 10 children, all of whom graduated from Camp Verde United School District (CVUSD).
She holds a degree in Elementary Education and taught for twenty years until retiring in 2018. While teaching, she volunteered in community theater presentations, CVUSD school productions and concerts. She also directed the Camp Verde Kids’ Chorus for 20 years.
Helen is currently a member of the CVUSD school board and has represented the District in that position for the past 13 years. She loves music and the performing arts, and very much appreciates the work and support given to the District by PECPAF in bringing culturally diverse arts programming to our community.
